Welcome to Tailor’s Pro (“App”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Tailor’s Pro mobile application and related services. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using Tailor’s Pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for managing your tailoring business.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
You agree not to misuse the App, violate laws, or store unauthorized data. You are responsible for customer consent and data accuracy
The App operates on a subscription model. Up to 50,000 invoices are included per billing cycle. Additional invoices will incur a usage fee of 0.25% per invoice value. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Tailor’s Pro allows storage of customer details and invoices but does not process customer payments. You remain responsible for all customer interactions
All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to Tailor’s Pro. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
The App may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their policies or practices.
Tailor’s Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
