At Tailor's Pro, we offer multiple pricing options designed to suit different business needs. Please review our policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Cancellation

Once a paid plan is purchased, you may choose to cancel it at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the plan benefits until the end of the billing period already paid for. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the plan.

2. Free Usage

Any free usage option (if applicable) does not require payment and can be used without any charges.

3. Plan Upgrades

  • Users may upgrade their plan at any time.
  • Upgraded features will be activated immediately.
  • Users will be charged the applicable price difference.

4. Downgrades

Downgrading to a lower plan will be applicable only after the current plan period ends. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

5. Auto-Renewal

  • All paid plans are automatically renewed at the end of their billing cycle (monthly or yearly, as selected at the time of purchase).
  • The plan fee will be automatically charged using the selected payment method.
  • Users must ensure valid payment details and sufficient balance.
  • If a user does not wish to continue, they must downgrade to Free plan before the next billing date.
  • Once renewed, the plan cannot be canceled or refunded for that billing period.
